SAA have organised the Fitness Star Programme, FSP. Some of you might not be sure what the FSP is really all about. FSP, started out as a programme aimed at helping all NS-liable students to pass their NAPFA test and also, help them pass their IPPT. It serves as a platform for students who want to keep fit and yet could not get started on a training programme or they do not know how to start on a correct programme.
As planning continued, FSP was seen to have potential to grow into something bigger. It is hoped that in the future, FSP could reach out to not only Ns-liable male students but also to all students of Temasek Polytechnic.
Although it is only aimed at Ns-liable students for now, it is still going to be a large number. Also, in the future, it is going to reach out to the whole of Temasek Polytechnic as mentioned.
Thus, it would be greatly appreciated if you and your club could help us out in the pioneer run for this programme AS TRAINERS. We are recuiting trainers as part of this program, together at the roadshow, there's a booth to sign up to be a trainer for FSP. Clubs and Student Union we sincerely welcome you and your sub coms to join us as trainers to help in our TP population.

Briefing for FSP trainers
-Thursday, 22/10/09.
FSP training time slots
-Wednesday: 1500hr-1700hr
-Friday:1500hr-1700hr & 1700hr-1900hr
